1) 3+ years of Project Management Experience to include: scope, schedule, resource, risk, communication, and change management
2) 3+ years experience creating high quality project management deliverables (ie, project charter, wbs, change management plan, risk matrix, etc).
3) 3+ years experience overseeing a multi person, multi-role project team and managing task assignment effectively
4) 2+ years experience with requirements analysis and management
5) 2+ years experience with systems verification and validation
6) Excellent communication (verbal and written) skill set, must have experience facilitating project management meetings and/or requirement gathering meetings.
Must be very comfortable leading meetings and speaking in front of groups.
7) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
8) Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical executable plans.
Ability to understand “whole-system” view while delivering discrete functionality.
9) Demonstrated leadership qualities, initiative, commitment to quality, and motivation to excel.
10) Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders from a variety of levels and backgrounds
11) Enjoys multi-tasking and working in a moderate to fast pace environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, short deadlines, and competing priorities
