Experience supporting the NCS or operational activities is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and representational skills, be articulate, imaginative and comfortable in dealing with individuals at all levels within the Agency.

Knowledge of Office, Directorate and Agency policies and procedures.

Demonstrated ability to work across diverse mission areas simultaneously, operate in a fast-paced environment, make effective and timely decisions, solve problems, and to facilitate organizational and procedural changes.

Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication for presentations at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, track myriad of details and to work well under pressure against short deadlines.

Demonstrated ability in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze information from a multitude of sources.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain ongoing relationships both internally and externally and to build cooperation.

Demonstrated ability to initiate, implement, and adapt to change and new initiatives.
