Extensive experience with developing strategic plans.

Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.

Proven experience in systems design and development.

Proven project planning and management experience.

Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated systems engineering experience on UNIX platforms.

Demonstrated programming, troubleshooting and debugging skills.


Demonstrated experience with system security, certification and accreditation.

Working knowledge of networking.
