Field training by NCS or DS&T as a Technical Operations Officer (or equivalent) with experience in logistics, design, implementation, and deployment of encrypted telecommunications systems.
Familiarity with encryption certification process in the Intelligence Community.
Familiarity with configuration management principles and practices related to both documentation controls and code/version control for encrypted, field-deployed telecommunications systems.
Familiarity with communications, radio signal principles, and antennae systems in hard target field environments.
Senior-level experience in management, logistics, system lifecycle of field-deployed, encrypted communications systems.
Senior-level experience with program coordination efforts involving Systems Integration, Systems Engineering, and Configuration Management across groups and agencies in support of field-deployed, encrypted communications systems.
Familiarity with NCS and DS&T technical program protocols, guidelines, and policies related to fielded telecommunications programs transferring sensitive or classified data.
Requirements gathering and definition, working with CIA components as stakeholders; coordination and facilitation of meetings and technical discussions of requirements; tracking project status, plans, and action items.
Requirements documentation (feature, functionality, planning, methodology); review and prioritization of requirements.
Review of completed development projects to assess whether they addressed requirements.
SE should have experience in agency and across the IC.
