Extensive knowledge of theories, principles, and practices in one or more of the technical or engineering fields, to include (but not limited to) computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, and computer science.

Lotus Notes knowledge and experience.

Strong oral communication and writing skills.

Experience in providing engineering services for Agency systems.

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Knowledge of XML standards.

Ability to identify technology gaps in current capabilities and processes.

-Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and non-technical issues (e.

g.

systems, networks, computer operations, etc.

).

Familiarity and experience with the Agency's Mission Essential Functions and supporting IT capabilities.
